A Ziff Davis spokesperson did not immediately respond to an e-mail seeking comment on Sunday. ExtremeTech is known for its in-depth tech coverage and reviews, which are aimed at do-it-yourselfers. The site attracted about 200,000 unique visitors last month, up from about 170,000 uniques a year ago, according to Compete.com.
